SHIPPING

All orders will receive complimentary priority shipping with one of our third party shipping providers. All packages are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery. If you wish to waive the signature, we are not responsible for the package once it is left at the destination. If you wish to waive the signature, please contact us directly with your order number and we will update the order for you. 

RETURNS

We want you to love every piece of jewelry you get from us, therefore we offer returns for refund or exchange within 15 days of receipt. All made to order, custom made pieces or items that have been engraved or resized are final sale and not eligible for return. Items that are eligible must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and free of any damages or alterations. The items must be returned will all original packaging and paperwork by a secured shipping service with insurance, signature and tracking at the clients expense. All eligible returns will be processed within 5-10 business days upon approval and will be returned to the original payment source. Please contact us directly with your order number to initiate the return.
