How long does it take to make an engagement ring or wedding band?
We have a large collection of in-stock engagements rings and wedding bands that are available for purchase immediately. Made to order pieces take approximately 3-4 weeks from purchase to delivery. If you have a quicker timeline in mind, please let us know in advance so we can work to accommodate your request.
Do you offer lab grown diamonds or earth mined diamonds for your rings?
We offer both! All of our designs can be made with either lab grown or earth mined diamonds.
Can I purchase a ring setting from you without the diamond?
No, we only create rings and fine jewelry with diamonds and gemstones provided through JK. We do not create pieces with outside stones.
Does my engagement ring come with a diamond certificate?
Yes, all of our engagement rings come with a diamond certificate guaranteeing their authenticity. All of our earth mined diamond rings come with a GIA certificate and jewelry appraisal. All of our lab grown diamond rings come with either a GIA, IGI or GCAL certificate and jewelry appraisal.
Do you have a showroom where I can come in and see your diamonds and jewelry?
Yes, we have showrooms located in Santa Monica, CA and Denver, CO by appointment only where you can try on all of our designs. If you are unable to visit one of our showrooms, we also offer virtual appointments where one of our Jewelry Experts will be able to help answer any questions you have and walk you through the entire process of your purchase.
Are all the rings I see online available to try on in your showroom?
Most of our engagement ring collection is available to try on in our showrooms. We recommend reaching out ahead of time when scheduling your appointment to confirm we have the item you are interested in available in stock for your appointment.

Yes, our showroom is by appointment only. We believe that designing your engagement ring and wedding bands is a special and personal experience, and we strive to give each client our undivided attention during that process. In order to accomplish this, our showroom is by appointment only.

During your appointment you will meet one-on-one with one of our jewelry experts to try on our engagement rings and wedding bands. Our fine jewelry experts will teach you about diamonds, the design process and how we can help make the perfect piece of custom jewelry for you.
Can I request a specific ring style or diamond shape to view during my appointment?
Of course! Please feel free to make note of your preferences when booking your appointment or feel free to reach out ahead of time with your request.
Are your diamonds ethically sourced?
We take the sourcing of our diamonds very seriously to ensure we do not sell conflict diamonds of any kind. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards conflict-related diamonds, and work exclusively with vendors from countries who adhere to the US Department of State’s Kimberley Process.
Do you work with other stones besides diamonds?
Yes, we work with all types of precious gemstones. We can create any of our engagement rings, wedding bands, or made to order pieces of fine jewelry with any precious gemstone of your choice.
Do you offer complimentary ring resizing?
Yes, we make to make sure that all of our rings are perfect for you. All of our engagement rings come with a complimentary ring resize within the first 6 months of purchase to make sure that it fits perfect in all seasons.
Do you offer custom ring engravings?
Yes, we offer complimentary ring engravings and inscriptions on all of our custom engagement rings and wedding bands.
Are you able to rush an order?
Yes, we are able to rush most of our pieces for an additional fee. Please contact us directly about your order and we will do our best to accomodate your request.
How do I know my ring size?
After making your engagement ring purchase, we will send you a complimentary ring sizing tool where you will be able to measure your finger and learn your finger size. If the ring is a surprise, we can email you a chart that you can print out and use to outline some of your partners rings to find their size.

Most of our fine jewelry collection is available to try on in our showrooms. We recommend reaching out ahead of time when scheduling your appointment to confirm we have the item you are interested in available in stock for your appointment.
How soon will I receive my online order?
All in-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days of purchase. If your piece needs to be custom made we will reach out to you after purchase with an accurate timeline. You will receive an email with the tracking information as soon as your item has been shipped.
Do you offer returns?
We offer returns for refund or exchange within 15 days of receipt for in-stock items. All made to order, custom made pieces or items that have been engraved or resized are final sale and not eligible for return. Items that are eligible must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and free of any damages or alterations.

What is the cost to begin creating my custom jewelry piece?
Once we’ve finalized and approved your design, a 50% deposit will be required to begin production on your custom piece. The remaining balance will be due when you come to pick up the finished product.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all forms of payment including credit cards, checks, bank wires or cryptocurrency. We also have partnered with ShopPay and Affirm to offer our clients financing options.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?

We do not provide jewelry insurance because we are not an insurance company, however we do provide a jewelry appraisal with all of our engagement rings which can be used with any insurance company of your choice.

Is my jewelry insured when it's being shipped to me?
Absolutely. All of our packages are fully insured until the moment you sign for them upon delivery.

All of our engagement rings, wedding bands and fine jewelry are shipped fully insured with FedEx. You will receive an email with the tracking information once your order is shipped, and will need to sign for the package upon delivery.
Do you require a signature upon delivery?
Yes, to ensure your fine jewelry is delivered to you safely, we require a signature on all of our shipped orders. If you wish to waive the signature please reach out directly to our team and we will be able to accommodate the request.
Repairs & Warranty
What is the best way to clean my jewelry?
Daily wear, lotions and dirt can dull the surface of your jewelry and cloud the brilliance of a diamond. We recommend that you have you piece of fine jewelry professional cleaned every few years, depending on how often and in what capacity you wear your jewelry. Between professional cleanings, carefully rinse with lukewarm water, lightly clean with a toothbrush then dry with a soft cloth. Ultrasonic cleaning at home is great for diamond jewelry, but can possibly be harmful to gemstone jewelry depending on the treatment and origins of the gemstones used.
Are there times I shouldn't wear my jewelry?
We know that you want to wear your jewelry all the time, but it’s important that you’re careful to avoid impact against hard surfaces while playing sports or performing manual tasks. Try to avoid contact with hard surfaces and stay away from chemicals such as chlorine and household bleach. Limit exposure to high temperatures, perfumes and cosmetics which can damage fine jewelry. Avoid applying strong pressure to jewelry when worn, such as gripping weights or bicycle handlebars, which could cause the metal to bend or break.
Do you offer free repairs?
We offer free repairs on all JK items that fall under our standard warranty. Any item that falls outside of the warranty or time frame will be quoted to the customer on a case-by-case basis. We recommend that each customer gets insurance on their jewelry which covers most repairs.
What is the warranty on your jewelry?
We offer a lifetime warranty for all of our engagement rings from any manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, damage due to neglect, and natural characteristics of diamonds and gemstones are natural and not considered to be defects. For our fine jewelry collection, we offer a 60 day warranty from the purchase date. The warranty covers any manufacturer defects in materials or craftsmanship but does not cover any damage due to neglect or normal wear and tear. Any maintenance, repairs or resizing performed by anyone other than JK will void the warranty.
