Repairs and Warranty

REPAIRS

We offer free repairs on all items that fall under our standard warranty. Any item that falls outside of the warranty or time frame will be quoted to the customer on a case-by-case basis. We recommend that each customer gets insurance on their jewelry through a provider such as Gemshield or Jewelers Mutual which covers most repairs or instances when items are lost and need to be replaced.

WARRANTY

We offer a lifetime warranty for all of our engagement rings from any manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, damage due to neglect, and natural characteristics of diamonds and gemstones are natural and not considered to be defects. For our fine jewelry collection, we offer a 60 day warranty from the purchase date. The warranty covers any manufacturer defects in materials or craftsmanship but does not cover any damage due to neglect or normal wear and tear. Any maintenance, repairs or resizing performed by anyone other than JK & Co. will void the warranty.
